I have been trying to figure a way to put in a CheckerPlate hatch into my 'Cad and ran a GoogleSearch on your terms with Checker Plate added in - found this link:. Pulled in the.zip file, copy-n-pasted the code into my acad.pat file, fired up my AutoCAD 2008 and found the patterns listed at the very bottom of my scroll-listing.
Some time ago, I downloaded a hatch pattern with no script for it to copy into my.pat file. Is there a way to pull it from the pattern itself?
On a side note, does anyone know how to create based off of a pattern? I have seen different types and styles for diamond plate, but I'm kind of particular to this one. I think it's the best looking one I've seen out there so far.
Can someone help? (I know diamond plate has been covered before, but like I mentioned, I am particular to the one I keep copying over from drawing to drawing.).
