Try out following and see if could help you to locate the root cause: -Make sure the wireless adapter driver is installed and it works well as shown -Go to wireless adapter manufacturer website and see if you could find latest adapter driver, go ahead to install it if there is. -If the wireless adapter driver works well and nothing you have done incorrectly, go to wireless router management page and play with wireless settings and see if it helps.
